1 · The short version

If Walkabout isn’t working out in your first 30 days on a paid plan, tell us and we’ll refund the payment in full. No forms, no exit interview.

2 · Monthly plans

Cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid month and doesn’t renew. Outside the first 30 days we don’t prorate partial months.

3 · Annual plans

Within 30 days of purchase or renewal: full refund. After that we’ll refund the unused whole months remaining, minus the monthly-rate value of months used.

4 · Service failures

If a sustained outage or defect on our side materially blocks your use, we’ll credit or refund the affected period — whether or not you’re inside a refund window.

5 · What isn’t refundable

Usage-based charges for work already performed (completed authoring jobs, hosted delivery) and accounts closed for violating the acceptable-use terms.

6 · How to ask

Email billing@walkabout.run from your account address with the workspace name. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
